Terms of Service

We research, compile, enrich, verify and score B2B contact data to the specification (“ICP brief”) you provide, and deliver it to you as files or into tools you nominate. Volumes, turnaround and price are set by your plan or a written quote.

You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Google login secure. Tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.

You may use delivered data for your own (or, for agency plans, your clients') business-to-business sales and marketing. You must:

• comply with all applicable laws, including GDPR/UK GDPR, ePrivacy/PECR, CAN-SPAM, CASL, TCPA and national do-not-call rules;
• honour opt-out and removal requests promptly, and include a working unsubscribe option in emails;
• not resell or publish the data as a list or database, or use it for consumer marketing, harassment or any unlawful purpose.

You are the controller of the data once delivered and are responsible for how you use it.

We verify emails before delivery. If a delivered email marked “Valid” hard-bounces within 30 days, report it and we'll replace it with a new matching lead at no charge. This replacement is your sole remedy for data accuracy. Data marked “Catch-all” is provided as-is.

Plans are billed in advance. Unused monthly credits roll over for 60 days. Free samples are limited to one per company. Fees are exclusive of taxes.

Monthly plans can be cancelled any time before the next billing date. Annual plans run for their committed term. Delivered data is non-refundable.

Services are provided with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or campaign results.
